SHIPPING TIME

Orders with available stock typically ship on the following business day, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

For orders with available stock, you can expect to receive a tracking number within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address. The carrier used is UPS/FedEx. Please allow 3-7 business days for UPS/USPS/FedEx to scan your shipment. Please note that any delivery dates provided by Wristfull are estimations.

For pre-orders/backorders, kindly refer to the shipping date specified on the product page.

SHIPPING CHANGES & Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

Order Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel your order within 3 hours, no handling fee will be incurred. In the event that a customer orders the wrong model and wishes to place a new order, no processing fee will be charged for the original order once the second order is received.

For cancellations of orders that have not yet entered the shipping process, a processing fee of 5% of the e-bike cost will be charged.

Change of Address: No fee will be charged.

Replacements and Exchanges: No fee will be charged.

After Shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped and cannot be modified, you have the option to reject the package. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 5% of the e-bike cost will be charged.

Change of Address: If you are able to successfully change your address, a processing fee of $30 will be charged. If the address change is unsuccessful and you choose to refuse the package, a reshipping fee of 5% of the e-bike cost will be charged.

Replacements and Exchanges: If you are able to successfully exchange the item, a processing fee of $30 will be charged. If the exchange is unsuccessful and you choose to reject the package, a reshipping fee of 5% of the e-bike cost will be charged.
